Material EPP

What is EPP? The abbreviation stands for expanded polypropylene. It's a particle foam that consists of up to 98% air. The low material requirement makes this innovative foam extremely resource-efficient compared to solid plastics, and it's 100% recyclable. Expanded polypropylene contains no hydrocarbons, volatile organic compounds, or other components considered harmful to the environment. For this reason, EPP can be easily recycled and returned to the material cycle. Defective products or foam waste can be ground up and immediately reintroduced into the production process. This innovative particle foam is 100% free of harmful substances. Therefore, EPP can be used in various sectors, such as toy manufacturing and the food industry.
