This practical beading circle set offers a wonderful and modern way to weave. The set includes a large wooden ring, a medium wooden ring, and a wooden disc, with each of the three shapes present three times. All the rings have symmetrical holes drilled around their edges and are perfect for threading, weaving, and knotting. Children can get creative by threading, weaving, knotting, and adding details. Incorporating natural materials like twigs, grasses, and branches is especially interesting. Macramé techniques can be used to perfectly complement the woven pieces.
The rings can also be used as dreamcatchers or even repurposed as musical instruments. Simply cover the rings with different "skins" such as foil, fabric scraps, or bottle caps, and the children have their own tambourine. After weaving, the artwork usually remains on the decorative wooden frame and can therefore be easily hung up.
